Maintenance Flow

The HMN TAC accepts customer service requests (CSRs), through the hot line, email, or Huawei Marine TAC system service requests (SRs). The HMN R&D team are responsible for proposing solutions. HMN TAC will review and implement the solution with the customer. Maintenance services provided by HMN include remote access and on-site support. CSR management relies on the Huawei Marine TAC system, which allows the customer and HMN to track the status of the CSR. The diagram below shows the maintenance service flow:
