Maintenance Flow

The HMN TAC accepts customer service requests (CSRs), through the hot line, email, or iCare service requests (SRs). The HMN R&D team and Huawei R&D team are responsible for proposing solutions. HMN TAC will review and implement the solution with the customer. Maintenance services provided by HMN include remote access and on-site support. CSR management relies on the iCare system, which allows the customer and HMN to track the status of the CSR. The diagram below shows the maintenance service flow:
